Desert Eagle .44 Magnum – One Hell of a Handgun Desert Eagle is a self-loader handgun remarkable for having the biggest centerfire cartridge of any magazine fed gun. It has a one of a kind plan with a triangular barrel and huge muzzle.
Magnum Research Inc composed and built up the Desert Eagle at first and then the plan was refined and the real guns were produced by Israel Military Industries until 1995, when MRI moved the assembling contract to Saco Defense in Saco, Maine.
In 1998, MRI moved assembling back to IMI, which later redesigned under the name Israel Weapon Industries. The Desert Eagle has been highlighted in around 500 movies and TV movies, alongside a few computer games.
